    Round 2 – VSCRC - Phillip Island

    Improved Production - Victorian Championship Round 3. April 15th – 19th 2015


    Congratulations to Tony Groves for this 2nd podium finish for the year, finishing 2nd in Improved Production!


    Awesome work by Tony Groves in the Mornington Mazda Racing RX-7.

    Congratulations to Tony Groves on his first podium finish!

    After an eventful test day, Tony came out to show us all just what a talented & focused driver he is, walking away with 3rd for the weekend. 

    Keep an eye out for the Mornington Mazda Racing RX-7 at Phillip Island next month!

    Bathurst 12Hr – Results


    What an amazing weekend! Tony Groves did an incredible job in the Mornington Mazda Racing RX-7.

    Tony qualified 17th out of a field of 60 & was the 3rd Victoria entrant. 

    During Race 1 we had a diff failure, but after swapped it out, Tony went from 47th on the grid to finish 26th, in a safety car filled Race 2.

Terms of Trade – Grunt Performance Australia Pty Ltd

 

The customer hereby gives Grunt Performance authority to carry out the work and repairs to the vehicle as discussed with the customer at the customers cost and any other work Grunt Performance considers essential as soon as Grunt Performance can conveniently attend to it at Grunt Performance’s current rates for parts and labour used. The customer acknowledges, agrees and/or understands that:

  1. The customer will not hold Grunt Performance responsible for any damage, liability arising or injury caused by performance enhancing components or work, which Grunt Performance fits or does.
  2. The work, which the customer has authorised, may: Affect my insurance policy as well as legality of the vehicle for normal road use. This includes EPA requirements for noise and emissions, Affect any manufacturer’s warranty that might otherwise be applicable to the vehicle.
  3. The vehicle may be driven for testing, to move it to another workshop or for any purpose incidental to the repair thereof.
  4. Grunt Performance will not be responsible for the loss or damage to the vehicle, its accessories or contents howsoever caused unless arising from negligence on the part of Grunt Performance or its duly authorised agents, servants and employees.
  5. Subject to the provisions of any statute, any claim for faulty workmanship shall be limited solely to the rectification, free of cost, of the faulty work. No claim or loss consequential or otherwise will be admissible.
  6. Payment for work shall be finalised prior to the vehicle being removed from Grunt Performance. Failing payment Grunt Performance shall be entitled to exercise a lien over the vehicle, its accessories or contents, and/or any parts installed by Grunt Performance to the vehicle.
  7. Grunt Performance will be entitled to reasonable storage charges (of $20.00 per day) if the customer fails to take delivery of the vehicle within 2 days after notification that the repairs have been completed. Unless otherwise agreed upon.

Nothing herein shall exclude, restrict or modify any conditions or warranties, which may be implied herein by virtue of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or otherwise where such purported exclusion, restriction or modification would render any provision hereof void. The customer also understands that in the event of any damage or the theft of my car, unless negligent, The customer will claim on his/her personal insurance at his/her expense.

The customer accepts the foregoing conditions, which he/she has read and the customer gives notice to Grunt Performance that their place of abode for the purpose of section 17 (2) (2) (c) of the disposal of uncollected goods act is as set out above. Where the customer is not the owner of the vehicle:

  1. The customer warrants that he/she is authorised to act as the agent of the owner and to bind the owner, and
  2. The owner and customer are jointly and severally bound to these terms of trade.

* All customers are asked to read & sign a copy of Grunt Performance Australia Pty Ltd Term Of Trade before work commences.
